Why this sits on a money site: a week of perfect loss leaders is wiped out by one $120 Saturday. Cutting the grocery bill and finding a cheap weekend are the same job. If you take one rule away, make it this one. The free option is nearly always the outdoor one, and an outdoor place has no gift shop at the exit.
